Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Powerful Essence! Each of our products is thoughtfully made, packaged, and prepared with care. As a small business creating handmade products in small batches, we appreciate your patience while we get your order ready for you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 3 to 5 business days. During new product launches, holidays, sales, or other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time provided by the carrier.

Shipping

Powerful Essence currently ships within Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Mission, BC area when offered at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with any necessary pickup details.

Please wait until you have received your pickup confirmation before arriving to collect your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Powerful Essence is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to update the address whenever possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control. If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you determine the next steps with the carrier.

Damaged Orders

We take great care when packaging your Powerful Essence products. However, we understand that damage can occasionally happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some Powerful Essence products, particularly candles and other heat sensitive items, may be affected by extreme temperatures during transportation. During periods of unusually warm weather, shipping may be temporarily delayed to help protect the quality of your order.
