Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary. If payment has already been collected for an order we are unable to fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations are subject to our applicable store policies.

Due to the personal nature of certain bath, body, and self care products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, except where required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
